Luke OathamKeymasterYou’ll be able to control the output in the widget settings, just choose zero for large and medium, and only show thumbnails. Then all news items will show a thumbnail on the right.

I can see from your screenshot that you don’t have the Advanced Custom Fields plugin installed. This is required for the theme, and you won’t be able to see the Options without it.

You should only have ONE of the intravert widgets activated, we recommend the AJAX version.All the best,

You need to setup a task or news story with a post status of “Link” and add the appropriate external link. Then use the intravert to link to the task/news, which will automatically redirect to your external link.

Good question. It would be to differentiate the file type in the document library and from another page where we would list them. Most of our audio files are audio/web conference recordings that we post for staff who were not able to attend the original session. We often have an accompanying pdf of the presentation slides. The other page is an audio conferences page that will show all those audio files and their accompanying handouts. It would be nice to be able to quickly tell from the list which is the audio file and which is the handout.
Luke OathamKeymasterNo, we don’t use that feature in the theme. This is normally used to add a “read more” link in the default WordPress front page post listings. It doesn’t provide pagination.
I’d recommend either splitting into several tasks within a guide, or using the “Manual” functionality to display in an accordion see example. This is a setting in the task module options.

Is the content duplication happening on all templates (tasks, news)?

It’s possible to do if you’re using a child theme and can make changes to your templates. It would require a bit of reworking of the header.
