      I am having trouble setting up ‘Guides’ but only getting half way there – the parent task shows as a ‘Guide’ content type, but the children do not display, nor are there buttons to step through the guide.

      I follow the instructions at https://help.govintra.net/task/add-or-edit-a-guide/ but do not see the ‘More Fields’ option to select the Parent Guide for the Children.

      Ian – so sorry, the guidance is a little out of date. The new way of building a guide is to create a main task, then create other tasks and set their parent to be the main task. You can control the order of tasks within a guide using the Order number.

      Thanks Luke, have fixed it. Turns out the tasks all need to be published, rather than draft, to show correctly.
