      Hi!

      First of all thanks Luke for developing such a great theme!

      I am having issues with the Staff Directory Search page.

      If I search a team member using the main Search box I get the results from all the pages.

      If searched from the Staff Directory page (using the actual Staff Directory search box, not the main one) I get redirected to xampp splash page (I have a local installation).

      If searched from a Team page I get the results but also the following warning message:
      Warning: Illegal string offset ‘grade_code’ in C:\xampp\htdocs\intranet\wp-content\themes\govintranet\search-staff.php on line 122

      If I search an member not in the system I get the correct message
      “Not on the directory
      Try searching again or go back to the Staff directory”

      I hope someone can help me out..
