      Hello,

      I’ve been trying to get the staff directory profiles to work for some time. When I click on a user in the directory, I get a page indicating “Not found. The page that you are trying to reach doesn’t exist. Please go back or try searching.”

      I”ve installed bbpress and changed the user base to “staff”. I’m at a loss as to why it’s not working. What have I missed?

      Do you still have problems? Sometimes it takes a while for URL permalinks to refresh. Make sure you’ve switched on appropriate options in Options, Modules. Refresh permalinks in Settings, Permalinks – and update.

      Yes, still having this issue after a few weeks of first trying. I’ve checked all the settings you recommended and I think everything is set up right. Any help you can offer is appreciated.

      I’ve attached screenshots of the settings that I have on the demo site. What version of bbPress are you using? I have bbPress 2.5.12
