Frederic BeckDownload files from the GitHub repository and copy to the following locations on your webserver:
govintranet folder to /wp-content/themes/
folders within plugins to /wp-content/plugins/
Activate the theme in Appearance, Themes.What about the folders /languages and /utilities?
