News Landing Page and News Side Bar Widget

JulieHi, I can’t seem to get my news stories to produce a side bar assigned to it in the News Sidebar Widget. It just produces a blank sidebar. I want to add the categories widget to the individual news stories and tried by adding it in both the News Landing Page and the News Side Bar Widgets, neither of them produced the result I just get a blank sidebar. I checked the Options > Modules and News is assigned to News Page correctly.
