I seem to be unable to add ‘Need to Know’ posts. can someone direct me. I can’t see it listed on the News post option like before.

To set a story as a “need to know” you now choose “Status update” as the post format.
You can also set “Video” as the post format, enter the video URL in the new field, and videos will display as an embedded player when at the top of news lists.
