First of all I’d like to congratulate you with your awesome and really usefull project.
I’m somewhat stuck in my installation.
I’m Dutch speaking and probably misunderstood some installation instructions.
Can you help me out ?
How and where do I install the Helpful Technology plugins ? (stap 2 installation – Install plugins)

DazbertPlugins should be installed into the plugins directory in your wordpress install:
wp-content\plugins
