      Hi!

      First up Govintra is an amazing theme, thanks so much for opening it up to the www!

      Hopefully this is an easy one:

      When on the Edit Profile page, ACF fails to load all the options for:
      – Team
      – Line Manager
      – Grade
      – My notifications

      If I’m editing the profile from wp-admin, all the options for the above load without a problem, but when on staff/_staffname_/edit/ the entries just won’t load.

      Do you know what might be causing this?

      This sounds like a javascript problem. Do you see any errors in your browser console if you right-click and inspect the page?

      Did this work for you previously?

      It might be worth reinstalling the ACF pro and bbPress plugins.

      Also, check that you haven’t got old plugins hanging around:

      Hello, I am trying out GovIntranet theme, and haven’t purchased the full version of ACF. Is this needed for the staff directory to work fully?

      Hi Lauren

      Thanks for getting in touch.

      You need the pro version of ACF to see the “Options” menu, where you turn on the staff directory and setup your options.

      You also need bbPress to display the staff profiles, and Relevanssi Premium if you want the search function to include users.

      Thanks for your reply!

      Before that point, I had never got it working, but I finally purchased Gravity Forms Pro and installed it… for some reason that did the trick! Is that even possible?

      I was doing a whole bunch of other changes as well so maybe it was a coincidence…
