I really like the look of this theme. I’m about to construct a charity’s Intranet and this look perfect for my needs. The only problem is that I can’t find a download that installs properly. I am running WP 4.7 on a PC. Can anyone offer me any guidance?

Luke OathamPaul – check the setup instructions. You need to unzip the download and copy files to your server. If you don’t have direct server access and need to install via the admin dashboard, you should zip the theme and each plugin folder and install separately.
