      Hi,
      I’m having real problems with the links in the tag cloud on the How Do I? page. Which ever tag link I click on, the URL is always

      /tagged/?tag=tag

      Obviously when the links opens the Tags page, without an actual tag in the query I get the message “Nothing on the intranet with this tag”.

      Has anyone else had this issue? Any ideas on how to fix it?

      I know virtually nothing about php, but it looks like the how do I page is getting the URLs for the tag links from a function called my_colourful_tag_cloud, but that’s about as far as I can get!

      Any help would be appreciated.

      Hi Gary – is your installation in the root folder, and have you changed the default database prefix?

      Hi Luke,

      Thanks for getting back to me.

      At the moment it is installed in a sub-folder, although when we move it to its final location I expect it to be the root. Do you think installing in the root will fix it?

      We haven’t changed the database prefix from the default.

      Just a quick update for anyone else who may come across this problem. Moving the site to the root solved the problem straight away!
