      Hi Gary – is your installation in the root folder, and have you changed the default database prefix?

      Hi Luke,

      Thanks for getting back to me.

      At the moment it is installed in a sub-folder, although when we move it to its final location I expect it to be the root. Do you think installing in the root will fix it?

      We haven’t changed the database prefix from the default.

      Just a quick update for anyone else who may come across this problem. Moving the site to the root solved the problem straight away!
