      Hi,

      I have done a fresh install of GovIntranet, but have encountered some problems.

      Firstly the plugin HT Intaverts will not activate, it gives the following error:

      Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

      Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class htIntraverts in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\ht-intraverts\ht_intraverts.php on line 602

      Secondly I have been making my way through the youtube tutorial, however I’m getting stuck when it come to switching on the modules I can’t because the menu item ‘Options’ is not available on the left menu.

      Can you please let me now how to solve these issues.

      Hi Paul

      I can see from your screenshot that you don’t have the Advanced Custom Fields plugin installed. This is required for the theme, and you won’t be able to see the Options without it.

      Check out the intraverts guide: https://help.govintra.net/task/manage-intraverts/installation/
      You should only have ONE of the intravert widgets activated, we recommend the AJAX version.
