      Search is behaving oddly, in that if someone keys for example ‘Contact HR’ a number of results are returned, but if they key ‘HR’ they get nothing – ‘Nope. Couldn’t find anything on the intranet like that. Sometimes using fewer words can help.’ Well, there is something like that, isn’t there?! Why is ‘HR’ not working as a search term? There are lots of instances within content. Any ideas?

      There’s also an panel for “Relevanssi post controls” in individual posts where you can promote a given keyword. So for the most likely HR page you can add “HR”.

      Unfortunately, other acronym departments such as IT and IS don’t stand a chance!
