      Hi

      I am trying to create a home page like gov.uk

      essentially you have the menu item ‘benefits’ then a brief description. clicking ‘benefits’ takes you to that page

      I would like to really achieve that menu item and brief description as laid out on gov.uk but I am struggling to see how. with the menu in the footer.

      I have tried to play around with various aspects but have made little progress,

      can anyone point me in the right direction?
