Not sure if this is a recent occurrence but Relevanssi returns no search results despite the pages existing. When I switch to WordPress default search, I get results. I’m using Relevanssi Premium and have followed the set up instructions.
I’ve sorted this out. In Relevanssi settings I ticked “Index and search taxonomy pages” and now results are showing.
Does anybody know hot to enable Relevanssi to show all the root search terms, e.g. if I enter narocilnica, it should also find a word narocilnice or narocilnico. The language is Slovenian btw.
You can turn on the search stemmer in the configuration options: https://help.govintra.net/task/general-intranet-settings/
Thanks. To some degree this helps, but still it is some way further from being perfect for slavic language particularities:
YES: “koles” find also “kolesa”
YES: “naročilnic” find also anything that is that search term and some other letters
NO: it doesn’t interchange c and č
NO: it doesn’t find “naročilnice” if I enter “naročilnica”
